Shipping Protocol
We prioritize nationwide delivery through our trusted shipping partners, who typically make two to three delivery attempts. In case of unsuccessful delivery, please contact us to arrange a reschedule.
Please note that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to logistics partner unavailability. If products are returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, refunds for the purchase price cannot be offered, and we will not be held liable.
Transit Duration
Domestic shipments generally take approximately three to eight (3-8) business days to reach their destination.
Split Shipments
If you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days based on availability and shipping locations. We ship products separately to ensure secure transit, resulting in multiple deliveries.
Change of Address Requests
Once an order is placed, address modifications cannot be made. However, if changes are needed, contact us by phone or email within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled if they haven't been prepared for shipment, but the request must be made within twenty-four hours. You'll receive a full refund, supported by an email containing evidence of the refund. Orders marked as "Ready to Ship" cannot be canceled as they're dispatched within twenty-four hours.
