Eligibility for Refund 

 

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all attached tags intact. You must initiate the return within 48 hours from the delivery date. 

 

Non-Refundable Items 

 

Please note that certain items, such as intimate wear, accessories, and personalized/customized products, cannot be refunded due to hygiene and personalization reasons. 

 

Returns Procedure

Follow the provided instructions to generate a return request, clearly stating the reason for the return and attaching any necessary supporting documentation. Refunds (If Applicable) 

 

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Please allow approximately five to seven (5-7) business days for your refund to be processed.
